Flirty Styled Wedding–Marietta Square Georgia

I’ve come to realize that I deal best with my own stress by staying busy. Sometimes, ridiculously busy! In the months before my own wedding, I filled my schedule up as much as possible and that included photographing as much as possible. Once the big day was over, we had recovered and the dust settled, I realized I had worked on quiet a few projects that I never really shared.  So today, I am sharing some of my favorite highlights from a sweet little Valentine’s themed wedding shoot from back in February. Let’s just consider this a true Throwback Thursday.

The Brickyard is a charming little venue tucked just off the Square in Marietta, GA. It’s warehouse exterior gives way to a large, open white brick interior that helped make for a day of photography dreams come true! I usually prefer shooting outdoors when given complete control but I found myself drawn to the white walls and huge windows of this space. All that beautiful, natural light (insert heart eyed emoji here)! The room paired with the champagne, ballroom tulle wedding gown from Downtown Gowns in Carrollton made these shots absolutely dreamy!!

It wasn’t just the awesome light that made this shoot so amazing either! I mean, just look at all of the details in the photos below! If you know me, you probably already know that details are my jam. Really, they are my favorite things to photograph, especially on a wedding day and this shoot was full of so many good ones! True to the Valentine’s theme, this set up was FULL of sweet treats! From bright, colorful cocktails by the oh-so-talented Sabrina, at Across the Bar to the fun and flirty cookies from Willard House and Torie’s Tasty Treats, all the little details tied everything together flawlessly!
