When is the last time you remember a crisp, cloudless day in JULY? I was expecting humidity, hazy skies and a moderate chance of pop up thunderstorms, at best. But man, it couldn’t have been a more perfect day at Burk Farm for Kerrigan and Matthew’s big day! It’s no secret, shooting at this venue always feels like home to me. Maybe because I was a bride here myself but as usual, the team at Burk pulled off another flawless day. Hot. So very hot, but flawless!
When Kerrigan was approaching Matt for their first look, I said “she’s almost here, she looks gorgeous but she’s a little nervous.” He kind of laughed and said, “well, however nervous she is, I’m at least 100 times more nervous than that!” I just love capturing a love like that! The whole day was driven by their fun and loving energy! And not only were these two amazing but they had an incredible group standing along side them on Saturday.
