Mackenzie + Ryan | Married | Biltmore Ballrooms

Mackenzie & Ryan had a wedding day for the books! A day as fun and gorgeous and grand as their venue, Biltmore Ballrooms, set the stage for! I loved so many parts of this day! Mackenzie and Ryan started their time together with a sweet first look. It was the perfect way to kick off the afternoon and give them some time together before the day really took off. They were then joined by their wedding party and the fun really started!

Mackenzie and Ryan have such a fun, unique love story. These two met after Mackenzie had taken a reporting job in Charleston, WV, where Ryan grew up and had become a police officer. They actually started dating after spotting each other on the scene of a murder! After a cute conversation on social media (be sure to notice those bar napkins!) the rest was history! Talk about a story fit for a movie!

This day was so amazing. So much genuine emotion, so much energy, so much beauty! In fact, in one of the sweetest moment, Ryan’s mom was giving a toast to the newlyweds when she said the thing she remembered most about how Ryan first described Mackenzie to them was by telling them how sweet she was. I heard so many comments throughout the day about how big Ryan’s smile was whenever he was with Mackenzie. It was truly an honor to be a part of this day!!
