Carol Anne and Dalton had one of those days that just feels so genuine. From their intentionality in the details to their heartfelt private vows and countless SMILES. It was such a happy day. And on top of all of that, it was breathtakingly gorgeous. I knew this day at The Lindale Mill, working alongside so many wonderful and familiar vendors, would be one for the books but it blew every expectation out of the water.
I know I talk a lot about how much I love a First Look on a wedding day…and I’m going to talk about it again. I love that Carol Anne also shared a sweet first look with her dad which turned into a very beautiful and touching moment with her parents. I remember her thanking them for making her dream day a reality and it was such a special moment. When Dalton and Carol Anne shared their first look, they also shared heartfelt private vows, not only recapping their 8 year relationship and anticipation for the day but one particular line stood out to me. Before making her promises to Dalton, Carol Anne said that they shared a love that felt like to home to her. It’s times like this when I am reminded that as much as I am capturing fun and gorgeous wedding days, I’m also capture such an important and pivotal moment in so many love stories. So much emotion, so much anticipation, so much to look forward to.
I am honored to have played a small part in this day and can’t wait for you to take it all in here! Congratulations to these two amazing people!
