Brandon and Megan met thanks to the help of their dog, Maggie. She got to spend part of the wedding day hanging out at the venue. Brandon proposed to Megan as they collected sea glass on the Pennsylvania lake banks. They used some of that same sea glass in their unity ceremony on Saturday. This day was as meaningful as it was beautiful. Beautiful weather, beautiful venue, beautiful couple. And as stunning inside as they are on the outside.
Megan said it was the view that sold her when choosing Blue Mountain Events and from the moment I arrived on site, I could absolutely see why. On an uncharacteristically mild August day in the North Georgia mountains, these two celebrated with joy, heartfelt moments and not a cloud in the sky! I knew we would have a spectacular sunset at the end of the evening but these two, running through the grass where they had said their vows just a few hours earlier, carefree and drenched in the most golden light, was truly so special to capture!
I knew I would love these two from the first time I spoke to Megan on the phone. Their day was every bit as beautiful and even sweeter than I could have imagined. I could live this one over and over again with them!
