Avery + Nick | Married | Agape Acres Wedding

Nick and Avery, where do I even start?? I don’t know if I’ve ever laughed as much on a wedding day as I did with these two! Avery’s bold personality is so contagious and Nick is the perfect steady, quiet balance to the pair. When they first reached out to me last December about photographing their wedding and engagement, Avery described the day they envisioned as “fun and flirty, laid back, romantic and intimate. Filled with laughter. Memorable.” And let me tell you, it was 100% all of those things.

I know they didn’t dream of a rainy wedding day, on the heels of a terribly destructive hurricane. But what they absolutely did do was embrace their day with open arms and big smiles and they had the most incredible celebration with an intimate group of their friends and family. Agape Acres, in North Georgia, made for the most serene and cozy backdrop for this day. And Avery got her peaceful ceremony set on the water, just like she had envisioned! We may have ended the day a little soggy but it was so much fun! I am so honored to know Nick and Avery, to have witnessed and captured their amazing day and to know that this is really what it’s all about! Love and celebration and appreciation for this start to a new chapter in their story!
