Ava and Samuel! I could say so much. But the truth is, if you know these two, you probably don’t need my words to know how incredible they are. And this day! It was so full of intention and careful thought and so much love. The perfect mix of fun and quality time with their people as well as sentimental moments to celebrate the beginning of this next big chapter together. Genuine moments, anticipation and pure joy!
I’ve seen a lot of couples and a lot of wedding days and I can tell you, without a doubt, that what Sam and Ava have is so special. A few weeks ago, I asked Ava what she was most excited for when it came to the wedding and like many brides, her answer started off mentioning the pretty things like her dress and the photos and videos they would look back on. But the rest of her answer is really what stuck with me. She said that as much as she was looking forward to all of that, she would be perfectly happy with none of it as long as she had Sam. The fun and beauty of a wedding day is wonderful. But the vows (and they had some excellent ones!) and the life they are building is what really matters and Sam and Ava nailed it!
It has been such a joy to get to know these two, to capture such a special season for them, to be welcomed in with open arms and to just be a small part of it all! I can’t wait to celebrate them for a long, long time!
