An incredible bride and groom, bright pops of colors, a hot summer day in Georgia. Betsy and James had a wedding day that southern dreams are made of. But to be honest, that hardly scratches the surface on it. The energy on this day was unmatched. From the excitement of the bride and groom and those around them to the a love and devotion to Christ at the center of it all. And the amount of love you could feel from the ones closest to them, it was all so moving and meaningful.
During their ceremony, officiated by James’ dad, he spoke of the things each of them had said about the other in conversations prior to the wedding day. It really stood out to me that they each said how grateful they were for the strong faith of the other and how certain they were of their marriage because they each made the other better and more strongly rooted in their faith. Better Together.
Just being around Betsy and James and their friends and family was so much fun! They were so patient, excited and eager to enjoy the day to the fullest. They worked hard to cultivate moments of intention and to keep their day true to themselves in so many small decisions. They are a joy and capturing this day was such an honor! A day that was truly good for the soul! Congrats to Betsy and James! What a day it was!
