Blush and Bright Styled Wedding–West Milford Farm–Cumming, GA

From the moment I saw the inspiration board for this Blush & Bright styled shoot, I was in love. Everything about it was light and dreamy and I was so excited to be able to participate. When the venue for the shoot was announced, I immediately headed over to Google images to see what we would be working with and WOW! West Milford Farm, in Cumming, GA,  was an absolute dream. Let me just say, seeing it in person was everything I had hoped for and more!

I felt comfortable and at home as soon as I set foot on the property, a feeling I know any future bride would appreciate in choosing the perfect venue. Southern, rustic charm mixed with a little whimsical magic are all found right in the middle of the property in the most adorable green house I’ve ever seen. I’ll admit, I have the worst green thumb you can imagine. I’ve tried and failed to keep anything from ferns to succulents alive. It’s just not meant to be for me and lovely little plants. But the light in a greenhouse is what a photographer’s dreams are made of. The reception hall on the property was a perfect combination of trendy rustic elegance and nothing could beat the lush, green, rolling hills that cradled the venue perfectly.

In addition to the natural beauty of this perfect little greenhouse, Southern Peach Floral made some serious magic happen with the swoon-worthy florals and greenery scattered around the property. From the table spread, enhanced by the always incredible Prissy Plate Company, to Nikki’s stunning bridal bouquet, the details of this day were breathtaking. Speaking of Nikki, she and her husband Jordan were incredible to work with. It can’t be easy modeling for a styled shoot but they were so fun and willing to do anything we asked, even walk in circles around this beautiful (yet large) venue for hours!
