Ericka + Ben | Georgia Mountain Top Engagement Session

I knew as soon as I met Ben and Ericka that I was going to love working with them. When I met them for our initial client meeting back at the first of the year, I felt like I could have sat and talked to them all day. So many things clicked. Their easy going, laid back personalities were just so comfortable. I’ve been looking forward to their engagement session ever since. Partially because they were just awesome and I knew would have a blast but also because they had jumped at my idea to venture up into the North Georgia mountains for their session for a little out of the ordinary. Oh, and they are fellow Rottie parents!!

This place has been  a favorite spot of mine for many years. I’m honestly surprised in myself that I have never had a session here before now. But when Ericka asked for somewhere a little different, I jumped at the chance. I’m so glad they were up for a little adventure and trusted me enough not to think I was totally insane as they followed me up a mountain, across a mountain and into the middle of nowhere down an endless country dirt road. Between the views, the little patches of wild flowers and the awesome golden hour light, I’d say it was worth the trip!

I am so thankful for clients like these. Clients who trust me. Clients that I feel like I’ve known for years. I can’t wait for October to get these two married! I have a feeling it’s going to be a good time!
