When I walked into the bridal suite at Burk Farm on Saturday, I was walking into pure smiles. I swear this venue attracts a certain kind of bride. Happy, laid back and just excited to be getting married. Michelle was all of those things. When I asked her what about the day she was looking forward to most, she said she was just so excited to be marrying her best friend. It’s a common thing to hear on a wedding day but these two really made you believe it!
This group was not only totally on top of things but they were so much fun! I could barely stop from laughing long enough to get the “serious” shots! I love a couple that is just so genuinely happy about their day. When ceremony time rolled around, Scotty didn’t just walk down the isle, he was Strutting! Waving at friends and family as he went with a big grin on his face. And that smile when he finally laid eyes on Michelle walking down the isle. It was heart melting. I didn’t even have to guide them during portraits, they were just so excited to be loving on each other, they were the cutest, all on their own!
